The estate is located in the place described in Cervantes' book about Don Quixote, a jewel lost among the lagoons of Ruidera, the medieval castles and the golden wheat fields of La Mancha.

Impressive hunting farm of 972 hectares in the province of Ciudad Real, the northern border of the farm is delimited by the Peñarroya reservoir, which makes it in a unique environment.

It is located at a distance from the urban center that gives it isolation and tranquility, but without renouncing all the services offered by the proximity to several towns.

BUILDINGS:

It has two cortijos, main cortijo of 2 floors, which is in perfect condition consisting of 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, dining room, kitchen and impressive sized living room on the ground floor and children's playroom, 2 terraces and master bedroom with bathroom en suite on the first floor. There is also an outdoor covered porch and garden with fruit trees, barbecue area with charcoal and lena for roasts.

Another cortijo is a rural hotel with its own chapel and garden, it has 7 rooms. Recently renovated rural hotel and can be used as a guest house or rural hotel.

It also has 1 bungalow with a separate terrace for the caretaker.

FACILITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURES:

The farm has 4 direct access entrances and roads in perfect condition that allow access to the entire farm. There are some enclaves and public roads inside the farm but they do not affect the normal development of the farm.

It has electricity throughout the farm and has drinking water with an automated pumping system for the buildings, a network of access roads passable with vehicles.

It is an impressive and spectacular farm both for its scenic beauty and hunting use as well as for the facilities it has.

As for small game, there are wild partridge that can be hunted by hand and by claim, wood pigeon that is hunted with snitch in autumn-winter and in the form of a feeder in summer, rabbits, hares, turtle dove and ducks due to the reservoir.

As for big game hunting, it is a perfect farm for it due to the existing landscape diversity and all kinds of hunts can be carried out. There are deer and wild boars, all of them of the highest quality.

FARM FACILITIES:

1) A farmer. The pasture area has the necessary requirements to be used for grazing cattle and sheep. It is not currently in production because it is not needed.

2) There is a chicken coop house at the moment there are no chickens.

3) Industrial buildings: there are 3 buildings in perfect condition which are used for storing machinery and tools, animal feed, storage of raw materials etc. Currently one is used as a hunting hall.

4) Agriculture: the arable land can be used for the production of winter cereals. In the irrigated area 4000 olive trees are planted and there is the possibility of planting more olive and almond trees.

The finca is located in a locality of Castilla La Mancha with the largest vineyard in the world. This area produces Airén white wines and Tempranillo or Cencibel red wines, although in recent years the wineries have been producing great wines, awarded at international level, with other varieties such as Chardonnay, Syrah, Cabernet, Merlot.

BASE PAYMENT RIGHTS:

the farm has a payment right and green payment with an annual value of 45,000 euros.

There is a technical plan for the prevention of forest fires. All firebreaks are checked every year.

There is 1 reservoir for year-round water supply.

The estate has in force and for irrigation with a maximum annual volume of 85,560 m3.

VEGETATION:

It is mainly made up of holm oaks, with some scattered cork oaks. There are also areas of natural pasture and meadow crops.

ECONOMIC ACTIVITIES:

Hunting and agricultural exploitation of winter cereals and olive oil are currently carried out.

The estate has a healthy profit and loss account.
